How/When to Use:

Quick and easy application for instant cold therapy situations, the cold pack consists of one outer bag and inner bag which needs to be broken by squeezing the package. This releases the compound inside which causes an endothermic reaction. The cold pack can be used for bruises, swelling, muscle spasms, pain, headaches and minor injuries. Apply cold packs for periods of up to 20 minutes every two to four hours. When your skin starts feeling numb, give your body a break from the cold pack.
