Shipping Time The majority of orders ship out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days based on product availability. However, there may be extenuating circumstances that cause an order to ship outside that time period. Shipping estimates may differ from what was listed above due to carrier schedules/demand. If a tracking number is emailed to you, the tracking number may take 24-48 hours before it becomes validated after the package has been picked up by the carrier. Order Tracking Once your has been fulfilled, our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s website to update tracking information before it can be tracked. For orders that are shipped in multiple boxes, we usually use UPS but other carriers may be selected depending on demand/availability. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will provide one tracking number that includes the other packages in the shipment. All the other tracking numbers can be found with the tracking number that was provided by clicking on “Other Packages in this Shipment”. Shipping for Backordered Products If an order does not ship in its entirety due to some items being backordered, there is no additional shipping charge when the backordered items are shipped. Unless the product has already specified that there will be a longer than our usual 3 business day processing time, the rest of your order will be shipped when the backordered item arrives.
