Due to recent events, the demand for masks, sanitation products, as well as emergency supplies has increased drastically. Suppliers and manufacturers have increased their prices exponentially due to this demand and the shortage of materials. To continue to fulfill our customer’s demands and inquiry for these products, 72Hours have accepted these high costs regardless of the supplier’s ridiculous inflated prices.

At 72Hours, we strive to provide our customers with the best customer service and high-quality products at the best price. We understand the shortages of these products and are trying to provide our customers with what is available on the market. Our price reflects the inflated cost of buying the products and having it imported into Canada. The cost of keeping the company running and paying our working employees also adds to the final cost of the product. Our employees have worked additional hours over the last two months to ensure that the orders are being shipped to our customers. We would like to explain to our customers that 72Hours is not trying to price gouge nor are we trying to take advantage of a truly unfortunate situation.

We are simply trying to ensure that we, as a company, can continue to pay our hard-working employees who have put in additional hours to ensure that the customers get their orders.
