Customer Notice

To our valued customers,

Due to the global impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are writing to let you know that our service center is experiencing higher than normal call volumes. We would like to thank you for your patience and continued support.We are taking important steps to ensure our customers, workers, and community are safe.

Hours of Operation

We have decided to close our retail store until further notice to support social distancing and to reduce the possibility of spreading the virus.

Our customer service operating hours will be as follows:

  • Monday – Friday:9:30am-5:00pm
  • Saturday – Sunday:Closed

Donation to Hospitals in Wuhan in China:

  • 3,000 Surgical Masks
  • 10,000 of Nitrile Gloves

Donation to Vancouver General Hospital:

  • 1,200 N95 Masks Made in the USA
  • 1,200 pairs of Nitrile Gloves

Donation to Lion’s Gate Hospital Foundation:

  • 480 N95 Masks Made in the USA
  • 1,200 pairs of Nitrile Gloves

Total amount donated to date:$19,537.49

 

Our Response to the Pandemic

We are working tirelessly to keep our employees and warehouse safe while at the same time continuing to serve you. We enforce safe practice here at 72hours, following the latest guidance from global and national health organizations.

The safety and security of our customers, our communities, and our team members are of the utmost importance to us, and our team is quite literally working around the clock to fully support you at this critical time. Ensuring all orders are processed as quickly as possible.

However, during this unprecedented time, our suppliers have informed us that production is now delayed due to the global shortage of material/ supplies.
