How/When to Use:

Similar to Abdominal Pads or ABD Dressings. The Trauma Dressing is built for large wounds or ones that require high absorbency. The ABD dressings manage heavy draining/large wounds and prevent dirt and bacteria reaching the wound. The material is also made to allow for oxygen to reach the wound to promote healing. The dressing is constructed with a thick absorbent layer that disperses fluid to prevent pooling.
