The Basic First Aid Kit is needed for the following circumstances - low hazard workplaces with 2-5 employees when surface travel time to a hospital is more than 20 minutes, low hazard workplaces with 2-10 employees when surface travel time to a hospital is less than 20 minutes, or moderate hazard workplaces with 2-5 employees when surface travel time to a hospital is less than 20 minutes.
