The Level 1 First Aid Kit is needed for the following circumstances - low hazard workplaces with 11-50 employees when surface travel time to a hospital is less than 20 minutes or 6-50 workers when more than 20 minutes, moderate hazard workplaces with 6-25 employees when surface travel time to a hospital is less than 20 minutes or 2-15 employees when more than 20 minutes, or high hazard workplaces with 2-15 employees when surface travel time to a hospital is less than 20 minutes or 2-10 employees when more than 20 minutes.
